Position Overview
Primary Care Physicians provide comprehensive, continuous, and coordinated outpatient care to patients of all ages. The role emphasizes preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships.
Practice Details:
• Outpatient only No obstetrics, no hospital admitting, no nights
• Clinic hours: Monday Friday, 7:30AM 5:00PM with dedicated administrative time
• Average patients per day (depending on complexity)
• State-of-the-art facilities with integrated EMR
• Laboratory and diagnostic services on-site
Candidate Requirements
• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABFM or ABIM)
• Active, unrestricted Georgia Medical License (or ability to obtain)
• Valid DEA license
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
• Understanding and support of a managed care/value-based care model
