Key Responsibilities
• Support Executive Leadership (CEO, COO, CFO) in managing operational initiatives across all divisions.
• Assist with project management, process improvements, and strategic planning.
• Coordinate audits, records reviews, and compliance with payer and regulatory standards.
• Manage relationships with vendors, payers, and community partners.
• Assist with payroll processes, staff onboarding, and training.
• Review operational and service data to identify performance trends and improvement areas.
• Promote a positive, solution‑oriented work culture.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HiTECH, and other regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Required:
• Minimum of three years managing people, processes, or projects in healthcare settings.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with EMRs, managed care systems, and billing workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and follow through on directives.
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field (Associate’s with significant experience considered).
• Experience in behavioral health environments.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle management or healthcare marketing.
Compensation and Benefits
