Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Design and modify individualized treatment plans
Provide supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and Behavior Technicians
Analyze data and adjust programming based on client progress
Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and related professionals
Ensure services align with ethical and clinical best practices
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and reporting
Participate in team meetings, training, and organizational growth initiatives
Requirements
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Master's degree
Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience preferred (newly certified BCBAs welcome)
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must pass background checks and all state/funder requirements
