Behavior Technician Center-Based ABA

In this role, you'll make a measurable difference each day-supporting children's development and gaining valuable experience in a collaborative, well-supported clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children at our center
• Implement individualized behavior plans developed by a supervising BCBA
• Support skill development in areas such as communication, independence, and social behavior
• Collect and document accurate session dataMaintain a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation to the Yardley center
• Prior experience working with children (required)
• ABA experience (preferred, but not required)
• Professional, organized, and patient with a passion for helping children
