Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language delays or disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s developmental needs
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions in home and daycare settings
• Collaborate with early intervention teams to ensure holistic and coordinated care
• Educate and empower parents and caregivers for effective in-home carryover
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports using our streamlined system
Requirements
• Licensed and certified Speech Language Pathologist (SC required; NC preferred)
• Experience in pediatric speech therapy, ideally in home or community settings
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with families
• Familiarity with pediatric evaluation tools and treatment techniques
• Ability to adapt therapy to diverse personalities and developmental profiles
• Commitment to professional growth and best practices in speech-language pathology
