Responsibilities
- •As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients
- •When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role
- •Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
- •Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
- •Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
