Responsibilities

• •WHISHA MISSION: To enhance and accelerate the transition of coffee from a commodity product to a specialty item
• •POSITION: Route Sales Representative JOB SUMMARY : Route Sales representatives are responsible for writing, delivering, and merchandising orders to all stores assigned on their route
• •RSR's will drive a company issued vehicle along a specified route completing anywhere from 7 - 12 stops per day
• •In addition to servicing stores, RSR's are responsible for representing Whisha in a positive manner and providing customer service to the accounts assigned on their route
• •In order to qualify for this role, the candidate must be able to park delivery van at their house
• •Candidate must also be picking up product in South Milwaukee once per week
• •Write orders in POS software
• •Deliver and merchandise orders utilizing the FIFO method to ensure freshness and reduce spoilage
• •Drive revenue by ensuring the appropriate levels of stock for all sku's in the schematic
• •Issue credits for expired product
• •Respond to customer requests in a timely manner
• •Provide proof of service details in Optimoroute software for each service stop
• •Conduct recurring inventory counts on your vehicle
• •Communicate any relevant service details to the operations team as necessary
