The Lead Clinical Research Scientist will be responsible for developing innovative research protocols, overseeing data collection and analysis, and ensuring the scientific integrity and regulatory compliance of all clinical studies. You will play a key role in translating scientific discoveries into life-saving therapies by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including regulatory affairs, medical affairs, and drug development. Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA) is mandatory.
