Responsibilities

• •As an Assistant General Manager in the Food & Beverage industry at Bojangles, you will play a crucial role in managing our restaurants and creating a delicious and loving work environment
• •Recruitment, development, and management of employees
• •Effective labor and training management
• •Maintaining facility, equipment, and cleanliness standards
• •Ordering, inventory control, and food quality management
• •Cash handling, reporting, and compliance
• •Completion of Management Training Program
• •Labor Usage: Plus or minus 10 hrs./weekly
• •Drive Thru Window Times: Less than 55 seconds
• •Food Variance: 1.5% of sales, or better
• •Turnover Rates: Less than 150%
• •Kitchen & Dining Supplies: .8% of Sales or Better
