Job Description
ehavior Technicians (BTs). No experience? No problem! If you're passionate about working with kids and ready to learn, we'll give you everything you need to succeed - including paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
What You'll Do:
Start your day with high-fives, games, and lots of smiles! As a BT, you'll work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, using play-based activities and science-backed strategies (known as Applied Behavior Analysis) to help build life-changing skills. You'll track progress, celebrate every win (big or small), and be a part of a child's journey toward greater independence and confidence.

Who We're Looking For:
? You're available full-time, Monday-Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
? You have a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus!)
? You love working with kids and have a knack for creativity and patience
? You're at least 18 years old and ready to make an impact
Experience with children with special needs is a bonus - but not required. What really matters is your heart, your attitude, and your desire to help kids shine.
