• Oversee study budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking across numerous vendors and partners.
• Coordinate with CROs, sites, and internal teams to facilitate seamless execution of study operations.
• Identify risks, troubleshoot operational challenges, and maintain stakeholder alignment throughout the trial lifecycle.

• A strong background in clinical trial project management, especially in terms of budgets and timelines.
• Experience managing external vendors, CROs, or research partners.
• Proficiency in coordinating multiple workstreams to ensure the successful progression of complex studies.
