Job Description
for master's students and recent graduates aspiring to achieve BCBA certification. In this position, you will gain valuable clinical responsibility while earning supervised hours and hands-on experience that will equip you for the exam and independent practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct caregiver training and behavioral skills training Develop treatment plans, modifications, and skills assessments Perform preference assessments and write behavior analytic reports Oversee a caseload of Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Collaborate with BCBAs in various settings including telehealth, home, community, school, clinic, and social skills groups Earn unrestricted hours that are paid and contribute to your supervised fieldwork
Ideal Candidate:
Pursuing or recently completed a master's degree in ABA or a closely related field (preferred) Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related RBT experience will also be considered BCaBAs are encouraged to apply Must have a valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation Cleared TB test and background screening required Up-to-date immunizations necessary Completion of CA LiveScan and background check is mandatory Availability generally Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-6:30 PM with accommodations for master's coursework (verification needed)

What We Offer:
$32-$40/hr for clinical hours 35-40 hours per week (full-time) RBT credential and field supervision included—we cover training and competency checks Fieldwork supervision provided by a BCBA 25-50% telehealth with flexible work locations Paid mileage and drive time between clients at IRS standard rate Medical insurance contribution of $200/month towards your premium (for 25+ hrs/month) Options for dental and vision plans Accrued vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
