Easterseals Southern California is looking for a Sr. Dir, Care Access & Experience in Whittier, CA. This role involves overseeing the operational team to ensure participants receive timely services across Autism Services. You'll provide strategic leadership, manage operational performance metrics, and collaborate with clinical teams to enhance service quality.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 12 years in healthcare operations, with 6 years leading teams, preferably with a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree. Starting salary is $116,000+ DOE.
