Responsibilities
- •You will lead and support associates at the front end, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and compliant experience for members
- •Supervise front end service associates to ensure accurate processing of transactions, returns, and refunds
- •Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to maintain high standards of customer service
- •Assist members with questions, purchases, and self-checkout technology, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- •Maintain clean, organized, and safe front end areas, including registers, exits, and entry points
- •Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial controls
- •Support cart retrieval, janitorial tasks, and other front end operations as needed
- •Collaborate with store management and other teams to ensure efficient store operations and customer satisfaction
- •By joining the front end team, you contribute to a collaborative and supportive environment focused on operational excellence, member satisfaction, and continuous improvement
