Job Description
daily operations, manage scheduling and care coordination, support behavior technicians and administrative staff, and partner closely with the Clinic Director. You’ll also play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for families and helping build strong relationships within the local community.
Responsibilities
• Managing day-to-day clinic operations and front office needs
• Overseeing client and staff scheduling to ensure quality service delivery
• Supporting staff and helping new team members onboard successfully
• Partnering with the Clinic Director to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Assisting with community outreach and relationship-building
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in ABA or behavioral health
• 3+ years Experience with scheduling, medical front office, or clinic operations preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to organize, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting
• Experience supporting or leading teams
• Comfortable working on-site in a clinic environment
• Self-motivated and collaborative
